We are recruiting a Welfare Liaison, for one of our residential homes in Worthing - Fernbank.

**As a Welfare Liaison you will be**:

- Ensuring that the social and welfare needs of our residents are met
- Recognising people as individual with unique requirements
- Liaising with families and outside agencies to ensure a smooth admission into the home, and making sure that the residents needs are met immediately
- Communicating their needs to the Chef, manager and maintenance
- Coordinating appointments with outside providers and in-house health appointments
- Updating and auditing information on the individuals
- Supporting the Home Manager

**More about you**:

- Experience with working within a care setting, with an NVQ 3 or working towards
- Passionate about providing superior care and services and wanting to make a difference
- Kind and caring nature with a positive approach
- Team player
