Culture Recruitment Group is proud to be working with **AHR Private Wealth**who are now seeking a highly-motivated, experienced Marketing Operations Specialist with a desire to join a growing company. This full-time Marketing Operations Executive role in Solihull comes with a salary of £25-£30k pa.
- The role will essentially own marketing operations and ensure the company's mar-tech stack is working. The company is growing fast and is always testing, so they need someone to keep everything serviced and operating. You will be an integral player in theteam that operates at the beating heart beat of our marketing operation which means you will learn a breadth of skills.
- If you were already working there, here are some of the things you would be doing this week. You'd assist in launching a new campaign or funnel and you'd take ownership for ensuring the full marketing technology ecosystem is working, including website,hubspot, custom CRM, Google Tag Manager, unbounce, customer.io, Mixpanel, Typeform, Zapier, Integromat and Calendly - you will be trained in how to do all this
- This Marketing Operations Specialist role will suit someone passionate about marketing technologies and with hands-on experience using multiple tools. You will also require a minimum of 3 years commercial marketing experience in a high growth environment,or, maybe even a full service marketing agency in an Account Manager position for example. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot. The ability to write compelling, succinct copy that engages leads and clients.
- In return for your passion and expertise, you will enjoy a salary of up to £30k and a benefits package including annual bonus, ongoing training and mentorship, and the latest MacBook Pro and equipment.

You will be joining the founding marketing team and help shape its strategy and culture in a new Solihull office with a hybrid working pattern 2 days office, 3 days remote. We are looking for individuals with these characteristics.
