We are an established provider of apprenticeships, vocational qualifications, training and consultancy. With a track record of delivery to more than 4000 customers, delivering a diverse range of services from L5 Management qualifications to fire risk assessments. We have a suite of services from face to face consultancy to eLearning courses.

Due to continued growth we are seeking freelance Trainers with the following skills:

- Level 3 First Aid (Emergency & Paediatric)
- Level 2 & 3 Health & Safety
- Level 3 Personal Licence
- Level 2 & 3 Food Safety
- Level 2 Fire Safety
- Health & Social Care Awareness Courses (Medication, basic Life Support, Load Management)

**Summary of the role**:
The role will require you to attned client premises to dleiver HABC accrredit courses and in some cases RKMS awanress courses. You will deliver the qualifications in line with HABC & RKMS policies.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Delivering & Assessing RQF courses levels 2 & 3
- In partnership with the admissions team, coordinate availible dates for delivery
- Complete all required paperwork
- Deliver sessions according to the high-quality standards set for the course and qualification standards, considering session evaluation and improvements

**Essential skills and experience to excel in this role**:

- Recognised teaching / coaching qualifications - EAT, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd
- Possess relevant QCF/NVQ qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication and engagement skills
- Strong management & coordination skills
- Ability to offer appropriate Information, Advice & Guidance to both employers and learners

**Desirable skills**:

- Knowledge of the H&SC sector & the training sector
- CTLLS / DTLLS/ D34 / IQA qualification
- A passion to see people succeed in the workplace and or into employment
- Own equipment - RKMS also have equipment available.

Our standard rates of pay are:
£75 for half day course

£150 for full day course (7 hours)

Availability will be requested on client enquiry and dates booked via the office, all paperwork will be prepopulated for you ready for collection & completion.

**Salary**: £150.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
