You will be responsible for providing a plumbing service to all our customers in their homes.

**What you'll be doing**
- You will assist with providing a first class plumbing service in respect of the maintenance of all domestic sanitary appliances ie bathrooms, sinks, taps, drainage etc to all our homes, maintaining a high standard of workmanship in the homes in your area
- Ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety.
- Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy and reactive work load.
- Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude.
- Demonstrate reliability, initiative, ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
- You will communicate with customers and colleagues effectively
- Treating our homes with respect and maintain high standards of health and safety & reporting any concerns to your line manager.
- You will look after the equipment provided to you keeping it in clean and fit working condition.

**What you'll need**
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing
- A full clean drivers licence
- Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
- Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
- Similar experience ideal but not essential
- Demonstrate a positive can do attitude
- A flexible approach to the working day
- You will have a Great Places Van
