**As a Compliance Office You Are Responsible for**:

- Health & Safety on all farms
- Environmental compliance and engagement for farms, including carbon emissions; permits and trials.
- Agricultural Compliance i.e. preparation and guidance for all Red Tractor, RSPCA, Environment Agency and all other farm audits.
- Employee training and inductions
- Ensuring legal compliance across the company.

**What you will need**:

- Previous experience of all agricultural schemes in relation to pigs is essential.
- Health and Safety Awareness.
