**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Quoting for domestic and commercial clients, with the ability to determine what additional machinery/equipment is required.
- Manage quotes to ensure they are sent out in a timely manner.
- Create planting schemes for different contracts as required.
- Carry out tree surveys for domestic and commercial work.
- Meeting domestic clients discussing their need and what’s best for the tree.
- Site meeting with council tree officers.
- Checking with councils to see if trees have TPO’s.
- Assisting the operations manager carry out their roles when busy.
- Starting teams off on jobs and dropping in on jobs longer than a day to keep them on track.
- Help with technical information for our contract’s manger.
- Carrying out knotweed reports
- Carry out Site Audits/Post cut audits.
- Any ad hoc requirements from management
**Qualifications**:
- Lantra Professional Tree Inspection qualification.
- Formal arboriculture qualifications, ideally Level 3 or above in Arboriculture.
- IT literate, MS Office programmes, GIS and Asset management/Survey software. Experience of using mobile computing devices Use of Visual Tree Assessment techniques.
- Demonstrable previous relevant industry experience is desirable.
- Experience of undertaking tree hazard/condition surveys using Visual Tree Assessment (VTA) and development surveys in accordance with BS3998, BS5837:2012.
- Full Driving License
