**We are currently recruiting for Housing Maintenance Workers to join our Tarasis Housing Division**

**Hours of work;**
- Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm).

**Main Duties and Responsibilities;**
- Carry out a full change of tenancy process when a Tarasis Placement moves out, individual tasks include: general domestic repairs, removal and disposal of excess rubbish, painting and decorating, basic plumbing and electrical works etc.
- Implement all Tarasis Housing Maintenance and Repairs Policies and Procedures
- Carry out routine inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues
- Liaise with landlords/letting agents, Housing Executive and other third parties
- Complete all paper work for each property and log all information onto Tarasis Management Information System
- Increase efficiencies in 'turnaround' time of void properties
- Carry out routine inspections of Tarasis vehicles, tools and equipment
- Maintain stock levels throughout the warehouse and properties and liaising with external suppliers to maintain these levels

**Essential Criteria;**
- Previous experience working within the Property Maintenance Sector
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tiling, decorating and plastering skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own initiatives and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic Health and Safety
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
