**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the efficient operation of our facilities by handling various administrative tasks.

In this role,

**You will**:

- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases related to facility management.
- Process purchase orders on behalf of the facilities management
- Manage scheduling for facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases related to facility management.
- Liaising with contractors to book maintenance tasks and organise quotations for advised works.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments related to facility management.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding facility-related enquiries.

**About You**:
**You Will**:
Secondary School education including GCSE Maths additional qualifications in administration or facilities management are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in facilities management or manufacturing based role.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
