**Job Details**

A great opportunity to join Suffolk County Council as a **Team Leader **in the Adult and Community Services (ACS) Home First service working in **Suffolk** with **hybrid working** options including some working from home_._

**Home First** are an in-house care and reablement service which assist people to regain and maintain their independence, allowing them to remain living in their own homes for longer.

You will be operationally managing the Home First service within a locality and are accountable for specific targets within the broader remit of the team.

**You will have**:

- experience of managing staff
- a strong customer focused culture
- excellent communication skills.

**Travelling requirements for your role**

We positively encourage the use of technology to communicate, but in this role you will need to travel to locations away from your contractual base, so you must either hold a full and current driving licence and have access to personal transport or meet the mobility requirements of the role through other reasonable and suitable means.
