**Responsibilities**:_

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.

Ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs.

Clean and maintain paint equipment.

Take photos and basic readings on jobs to check works are completed to correct DFT.

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.

Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
- **Requirements**:_

Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role

Knowledge of painting techniques and materials

Ability to mix and match paint colours to achieve desired results.

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills

Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
- **Working Conditions**:_

The Spray Painter will work in in our in-house paint shed and occasionally on site. The job may require working in confined spaces or at heights, and may involve exposure to fumes, dust, and other hazardous materials. The Spray Painter must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.

The salary for this position will depend on experience and qualifications.
