**Night Concierge**

Affinity Living is looking for a Night Concierge who is available for a **10 hour contract.**

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and need people to work a range of shifts and days, this means we can offer great flexibility if required.

You will be working alone in a customer service facing role, actively engaging with residents as their point of contact on the phone or at reception. You will conduct regular building security walks, checking that the building is compliant with health and safety regulations and clean the communal facilities to a high standard during your shift in readiness for the residents the following day.

**Role responsibilities**
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Managing any customer queries and escalating where necessary
- Checking and maintaining health and safety compliance within the building
- Cleaning of the communal areas and maintaining the cleanliness standards throughout the building
- Having responsibility for the overall security of the building throughout the night shift
- Managing the front desk function including some general administrative tasks
- Promoting events within the building and any Affinity Living strategies
- Monitoring the moving-in report to set up for new residents moving in the following day
- Reporting and actioning (where possible) any maintenance issues identified within the building
- Providing a comprehensive handover to the morning team
- Maintaining a professional yet friendly relationship with residents on site
