We’re now recruiting for the class of 23 and have a number of specialist Apprenticeships available in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Account Management, Content Creation and TV Production. You’ll study an NVQ level 3, whilst learning on the job in your chosen area. And then there’s the summer pool party, outdoor cinema nights, yoga clubs, annual fireworks display etc etc. We’ll see you in the pool

Job description.

Our Social Media offering, McCann Live, is at the heart of everything we do at McCann Manchester. Our talented team of specialists is fully integrated within the agency, leveraging the wider talents of our Production, Digital Media and Creative teams to ensure our clients succeed in the ever-evolving Social Media landscape.

As a Social Media Apprentice you’ll gain experience across Social Writing, Design, Account Management and Strategy, working with brands like Aldi and Microsoft.
- Brainstorming new and creative ideas
- Researching, planning and developing content ideas
- Innovating and presenting new content, digital and social media strategies
- Designing and writing eye catching, fame driving Social Media posts
- Measuring and reporting performance of content and digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals, using relevant sites such as Google Analytics
- Keeping abreast of new social media sites, technologies, and digital marketing trends and insights; implementing these new technologies and insights in developing campaigns

You will be working in our Prestbury campus, with one day per week study for study.

Entry requirements

A-C (4-9) English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent

A genuine desire to progress a career in Content Creation

Aged 18+

Training to be provided

The Juice Academy is a digital marketing Academy based in Castlefield, Manchester. They train up to 80 apprentices a year, whilst the apprentices work with businesses around the North West (and sometimes further afield). The training is delivered by industry professionals from their sister company, Tangerine Communications. The Juice Academy training sessions are a hybrid of face-to-face learning within the academy in Castlefield, and online delivery via Zoom. Apprentices will also receive the on the job training in the workplace. The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices are expected to produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. Full digital marketing training to be provided on-the-job and off-the-job. The Juice Academy partner with Apprentify, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching.

**The qualification will include**:

- Level 3 Content Creator

The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices are expected to produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. Full digital marketing training to be provided on-the-job and off-the-job. The Juice Academy partner with Apprentify, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching.

If successful you will be invited to an assessment centre which will include group exercises, an interview and a numerical reasoning test - and of course, lots of laughs and fun along the way This will be followed by an interview with some of the team.
