**The Role: Content Creator**

We're seeking a talented and versatile Content Creator to help us tell our delicious story across both the digital and physical worlds. This individual will be a creative powerhouse with a knack for blending traditional marketing techniques with innovative digital strategies.

**Tools of the Trade**
- **Physical Marketing**: In-store displays, print advertising, promotional materials, event signage
- **Content Creation Tools**: Photo and video editing software (Adobe suite or similar), basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- **Data Analytics**: Google Analytics (or similar), social media insights, POS data familiarity

**Key Responsibilities**

**Drive Brand Awareness and Engagement**
- Develop compelling content (written, visual, video) that showcases our products, promotions, and brand personality
- Manage social media channels, fostering community interactions and driving traffic
- Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns, including targeting, copywriting, and visual design

**Power In-Store Marketing and Promotions**
- Design eye-catching point-of-sale materials, menu updates, and promotional displays
- Support in-store events with engaging signage and marketing collateral
- Work with store managers on local promotional initiatives

**Optimize Digital Presence**
- Ensure website content is fresh, SEO-friendly, and reflects our brand voice
- Track key metrics and report on performance, informing future content strategy
- Must have a portfolio where we can see examples of your work
- Passionate about food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Strong storytelling skills with a knack for both concise and engaging copy
- Eye for design and basic proficiency in photo/video editing software
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools
- Adaptable and excited to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bonus points for experience in point-of-sale marketing, copywriting for paid ads, or basic graphic design

**Some Small Print**
- Will be based in Windsor at Heidi Studio, our offices / central kitchen. We will need you on-site most of the time: you can't film our stores or kitchen remotely
- Some early starts and weekend work will be required: our kitchen does most of its magic at 4am and our shops look best at the weekends

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
