**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Sii UK are hiring for a role of a Project Controller.

**TASKS**:
The primary activities encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
Project Planning and Collaboration:

- Work closely with project managers to create detailed project plans, establish timelines, define milestones, and outline deliverables.

Financial Oversight:

- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Resource Coordination:

- Allocate necessary personnel and tools to project teams to facilitate smooth execution.

Schedule Management:

- Maintain project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Risk Mitigation:

- Identify project risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Track project performance metrics and generate regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.

Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Communication and Process Improvement:

- Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities.
