**About Operations**:
The Operations division is at the heart of our customers' experience here at THG. We Manufacture a wide range of sports nutrition and cosmetic consumer good that we then dispatch to out customers in over 200 countries worldwide from our purpose-built, innovative manufacturing and distribution centres.

**Manufacturing Operations**

THG's MyProtein Manufacturing Division works 24/7 to produce a wide range of high-quality sports nutrition products and supplements from our factories based all over the world.

**_ This role is based at our David Berryman's Site in Luton, UK._**

Purpose:

- To provide a supporting role to the production function, ensuring that the correct products are picked from stock in a timely fashion in readiness for factory operations, ensuring stock rotation is maintained.
- To Unload deliveries. Ensure that the product delivered matches the details on the accompanying documentation.
- Responsible for identifying any issues with defective packaging such as damaged or rusty barrels.
- Responsible for the efficient dispatch of finished goods to the customer, ensuring that the correct paperwork and product labelling accompanies the customers product.
- To provide accurate and timely figures for stock accounting purposes.
- To work within the scope of the Company Quality Management System (QMS) at all times.

Main Duties:

- Uploads deliveries and loads dispatches and ensures that associated documentation is correct to the delivery/dispatch.
- Advises the Team leader/Manager of any issues which may affect the integrity of the product e.g. transit damage.
- Obtains samples for the NPD/Laboratory as requested.
- Ensures that all stock is stored correctly with regard to identification, temperature and safety.
- To pick stock from the correct area/ambient/chilled/frozen, ensuring that older stock is used first, so the stock rotation is maintained.
- Putting away all unused stock in the correct way and in a timely manner.
- Undertakes daily checks of the forklift trucks and is responsible for ensuring that any faults are reported to Line Leader or Manager to report to Engineer.
- Undertakes stock counts as required.
- Ensure that the warehouse and yard are kept in a tidy and clean condition at all times.
- The job holder will be expected to undertake reasonable tasks in other areas at the request of the Management.
- Ensure traceability, complaint handling and corrective actions are carried out in accordance with QMS.
- To maintain the H & S of the working environment at all times.

**QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE FLT LICENSE.
