- To provide care and support to young people in our care.
- To work consistently within a team to promote health, education and family time
- Support with household tasks including meal preparation and housekeeping
- Engage in activities with young people to promote physical and mental well-being
- Administer medication as directed
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals

Qualifications:

- Level 3 or equivalent in Children's Residential Care
- Experience in childcare or working with vulnerable individuals
- A valid driver's licence
- Excellent communication skills to interact with young people
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Ability to use the PACE model and have understanding of childhood trauma
- To work 24 hour shifts which includes sleep in duties

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
