We are seeking to appoint a hardworking and reliable general Kitchen Porter. Your role (as an employee of Beacon Education Services Trading Ltd) will be to ensure that you fulfil your duties to a high standard.

**Overall Responsibilities**
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, Work on the dishwasher and Tin sink to clean all Pots, Pans and other Crockery.

**General Duties and Responsibilities**
1. To clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials.
2. To operate an industrial dishwasher.
3. To exercise due care & attention to ensure mínimal breakages of equipment.

4. To maintain clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene.
5. To ensure the end of day cleanliness of the dishwasher machine with a daily clean to a safe hygienic standard
6. To ensure the proper storage/disposal of all waste products in accordance with Mandatory regulations
7. To undertake occasional duties outside the normal routine but within the scope of the position and the department’s activities
8. To attend meetings and courses, as required.
9. To ensure that all tableware, serving dishes & Cooking utensils are cleaned in a timely manner

Essential

10. Good communications skills
11. Ability to adhere to health & safety practices
12. Ability to achieve performance criteria, with particular regard to hygiene
13. Ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
