**Responsibilities**:
The role involves the following.
- Being aware of each client as they enter the salon, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need.
- Prepare drinks trays.
- Be able to use your initiative.
- Follow a daily job list.
- Ensure laundry area is working productively.
- Keep the salon clean and tidy.
- Understand how the hair and beauty department operate with their timings for services.
- Can upsell services both on the phone and in person.
- Carrying out shampooing and conditioning to salon standard.
- Carry out hair treatments.
- Working alongside the reception team making bookings.
- Taking payment via cash, card and gift cards.
- Ongoing training as the job evolves.
- Explore all the areas of the industry to improve your job understanding.
- Researching new and innovative ideas that could benefit the role.
- Make the job role unique to yourself as you will have full automony to develop this position.
- Ensuring all client history is input into point of sale system when necessary.
- Ensure all Retail areas are clean and priced.

Social Media
- Look into current social media trends.
- *Take pictures/ video's around the salon of stock, promotions, stylists and therapists.
- Design new displays for each month relevant to seasons or occasions.

*Take photos of clients for social media.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
