Kiosk Supervisor

Have you got previous experience in the barista industry? We are looking for a highly motivated, confident person, who can lead a team throughout the seasons Working alongside a view of the lovely Christchurch Quay.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team working in the Kiosk overlooking Christchurch Quay. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the Kiosk and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Working in the kiosk means that you will have to dress/ bring appropriate clothing, as it operates through a hatch

Your duties
- Keep the kiosk work area clean and tidy
- Serve coffee, soft/ alcoholic drinks, food

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the barista industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
