**Retail Store Manager**

Location: Bathgate

Wage: £21,500 plus bonuses and great work life balance.

Shifts: Opening 9am till 5pm - working 5 days out of 7

Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a people centric brand that puts its customers first above its sales. It's about making sure the customer gets the product that is right for them and therefore providing a very consultative service that isn't fast paced.It is about building those long standing relationships with customers so they come back again and again.

This a unique retailer where you are not going to be rushed off your feet with volume of products or sales, it is very much a consultativeand people focused environment. **Roles and responsibilities for the retail store manager**:
Be the main point of contact for leading the team within your store

Be a brand ambassador for the store, always giving excellent customer service.

Processing orders and looking after the sales process from start to finish including after sales care

Planning schedules and rotas for the team

Monitor sales and feedback to regional teams

**What we are looking for in our clients new retail store manager**:
First and foremost we are looking for a people centric person, who puts their customers first all the time.

You will be comfortable using data and commercial insights to drive your team's performance.
