Are you looking for a brand new challenge as a Drainage Supervisor based in Knowsley for a reputable and successful company?

We are looking for a **Drainage Supervisor** to come and join our team based in Knowsley. If you are an excellent communicator looking for a change **then we want to hear from you**

**The Role**:

- Support with the Management and Leadership of operational Drainage team
- Liaise with other departments/colleagues/clients, and assist in the planning of all jobs within the business
- Ensure operations are carried out on time and within budget
- Ensure our client requirements are met
- Maintain records of Fleet and Vehicles
- Maintain safety records in the workplace
- Ensure daily checks comply with current regulatory legislations and legal rules are followed
- Manage your department’s costs within the business
- Disciplinary and Recruitment of Staff
- Manage workforce skillset and identify training needs
- Any other duties within reason for the good of the business
