The School of Vocational and Technical Studies at South Thames College are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced **Lecturer - Healthcare** to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, assessment, and tutorial support to students to maximise achievement and continuous improvement. The role plays a key role in supporting the development of the curriculum with employer engagement and learner skills development.

We also ask that you are qualified to degree level and have strong evidence of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment. You will have experience of tutoring and supporting learners, setting and implementing targets, monitoring and reviewing progress, as well as strong evidence of effective employer engagement in curriculum design and delivery.
Strong working knowledge of current framework for teaching, learning, assessment and quality assurance is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and to strict validating body deadlines.
