We are a domiciliary care provider that prides itself on high quality home care within the Enfield and Haringey areas of North London. We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Care Coordinator who will assist us with setting up packages of care for the elderly and disabled.

The role of our ideal Care Coordinator includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks: setting up packages of care (which may be commissioned by the NHS, local councils or privately), suitably matching health care assistants to service users, liaising daily with health care assistants to manage rota's, liaising daily with service users, their families and other healthcare professionals to manage and oversee all aspects of care provision, meet service users' needs on a daily basis and to maintain quality care provision to service users through quality assurance monitoring.

Our ideal Care Coordinator is driven to pass on excellent quality of care to our service users through their excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, whilst understanding the importance of organisational growth.

We are looking for a Care Coordinator who is confident with working within a fast paced Office environment, meeting time specific deadlines, highly confident with liaising with other healthcare professionals and who is able to multi task and exercise detailed record keeping.

The role will also include a mandatory inclusion of our on call service (Monday to Sunday) based on a 1 in 3 week rota.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
