Property Inspector

Duties include
- Carrying out regular inspections on Managed properties
- Carrying out check out inspections
- Typing inspection reports
- Typing check out reports
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Compiling property inventories
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Commissions Scheme
- Must have a Full Drivers Licence and use of own vehicle
- Be smart in appearance, have pleasant phone manners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,200.00 per year
