**Automotive Technical Support - BMW**
- Are you a _**_Vehicle Technician_**_ or _**_Automotive Technician_**_ looking for an opportunity to use your skills and experience away from the workshop? Do you have experience of _**_BMW_**_ vehicles? Could you assist other technicians in developing their skills through _**_technical support_**_ and _**_coaching? _**

**Salary circa 40-44k + enhanced pension + life assurance + private medical + 25 days holiday + Monday to Friday working**
- You will be a **time-served, qualified Vehicle Technician**, ideally worked on **BMW** branded cars.
- Your qualifications should include **Master Technician**, **Level 3 ATA**, **NVQ Level 3** or **City and Guilds**.
- **BMW **specific training is advantageous.
- **Diagnostic** skills and experience.
- The ability to evaluate information and **diagnose technical problems **effectively.
- A strong knowledge of **electrical**, **electronic** and **mechanical **systems.
- A **problem-solver** with the ability to think on your feet, offering advise on repairing a vehicle remotely.

**The Role**
- Provide **technical support** to **garages** and **workshops **via telephone and through electronic methods.
- Assist customers by supplying information, instruction, advice and support, this could be in relation to **diagnostic equipment** or the **diagnosis, repair or maintenance of cars**.
- Liaise with engineering colleagues to assist in the development of software, data and hardware products.
- Prepare and deliver **training **to customers and colleagues.
