**Deputy Home Manager - Nurse Qualified
Elderly Nursing Home
East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire
up to £43,000 per annum
**Eclypse Recruitment is currently recruiting for a nurse qualified deputy home manager for a nursing home in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire. You will be joining a reputable service and small provider.

Contracted to 40 hours your time will be split 50/50 supernumery/ clinical duties including:

- Assisting with the daily management of the home
- Run the home in the absence of the home manager
- Working under the guidance of the manager to improve standards within the service
- Support the manager to produce and maintain systems within the home by carrying out audits, quality assurance and following policies and procedures

**The Role**
- You MUST be a registered nurse with active NMC registration - RGN or RMN or RNLD
- You must have care home experience within elderly nursing care at a senior level
- Strong leadership skills are required
- L4/ 5 qualification desirable
