Overview:
We are seeking a Land Remediation Environmental Consultant who will play a vital role in helping businesses fund or recover cost in respect of remediation of contaminated land and buildings. You will work with a variety of clients, including developers, landowners, and landlords to assess the nature and extent of contamination remediation carried out, develop relevant reports, and oversee the cost recovery process.

**Duties**:

- Conduct review of site investigations to assess soil and groundwater contamination.
- Assess remediation plans, considering various techniques such as excavation, soil treatment, and bioremediation.
- Prepare technical and cost recovery reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Perform site work including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Utilise data analysis skills to draw insights from research findings.

**Experience**:

- Degree / background in environmental studies, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field will be preferred.
- Previous relevant experience in land remediation and environmental consulting.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of environmental remediation techniques.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
