Letting Maintenance coordinator

**Salary**: £23-£26k plus £183 extra a month in bonus
Location Cranbrook but required to travel to Paddock Wood
Hours: Monday
- Friday
- with 1 in 3 Saturdays, paid in lieu

You will be working in a small talented team in Cranbrook as a Maintenance Coordinator for a well established one stop shop for everything properties This client is looking to expand their team due to an increase of workload and looking for a independent, wise headed and thoughtful individual to join their team.

Duties of the Maintenance Coordinator:

- Managing a portfolio of 150 clients in the Cranbrook office and acting as the middle person between landlords and tenants.
- Booking in maintenance works that needs doing for tenants and liaising with stakeholders to complete the works.
- Handling difficult tenants or landlords when it comes to who pays what and get things across the line to ensure both parties are satisfied.
- Checking in with tenants works to understand next steps and handle payments.
- Attend viewings with the team and meet with potential new tenants for existing clients.
- In June you will be required to travel 2-3 times a week to the Paddock Wood office, millage will be compensated
- Helping and supporting your manager with general duties and stepping up when required.
- Supporting the team to achieve their monthly revenue target and gaining your extra bonus.

Requirements and experience of this Maintenance Coordinator:

- Experience in the industry or life experience of understanding maintenance issues
- Experience in maintenance coordinating
- Full driving license and have access to own vehicle
- Detail orientated
- Independent and just cracks on with their duties
- Empathetic understanding towards tenants
- IT skilled
- Bubbly and out going personality
- Excellent customer service skills
