Our client after some careful consideration have decided their team are in need of a highly competent Architectural Technician / Technologist to assist with their surge in workload. Being a successful, Regional Design and Build Contractor, they specialisewithin the Commercial and Industrial sectors, and consistently provide a professional service to their clients. Further to this our client are not just restricted to the commercial and industrialsector, projects within the Aviation, Medical, Residential and Basement sectors are also shown in their vast portfolio.

The ideal Architectural Technician / Technologist is going to be office based to work in a cohesive working environment. As one of the only architecturally minded employees in the company, you will be taking the lead on this area of projects; this makesit essential that you are more than competent working on projects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors. Our client are looking for someone who can work independently and hit the ground running, due to receiving the pass on a large project very recently,they are able to take someone on as soon as possible.

**Architectural Technician / Architectural TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Working closely coordinating with a team as well as independently
- Produce concept designs and CGI visualisations
- Completing planning permissions and building regulation checks
- Possibility of some project managing
- Working closely and communication with Civil engineers, Structural Technicians etc.
- Completing projects within the Civil Engineering industry
- Daily usage of Revit and AutoCAD software's
- Potential site visits

**Architectural Technician / Architectural TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Relevant Qualification required
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD software's
- Strong background and interest on projects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors
- An ability to produce CGI images, technical drawings and put schemes together independently
- Ideally design and technically orientated
- Good Knowledge of the Civil Engineering industry
- Previous exposure to some project managing (advantageous)
- Specialised within the technical stages of projects
