**Customer Service Executive**

£21,000 - £24,000, Haywards Heath (office based), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension

**The Role**

Due to an exciting expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a number of Customer Service Executives to join a fantastic small business in the pet insurance sector. Working as part of a cross functional team, this role will be responsible for providing CustomerService and administration in relation to customers pet insurance policies.
- Answer and resolve customer queries
- General policy administration
- Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
- Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
- Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements

**Requirements**:
We would expect the successful of Customer Service Executive to demonstrate some customer service experience, ideally gained within an office environment. The role could really suit someone who has worked in a call centre and is now looking for the nextstep in a smaller, less corporate environment. You will have great communication skills and be comfortable using computers and picking up new systems. A love of animals is a must and bonus points for an interest in exotic animals

Our client are a small, but quickly growing business and have exciting plans over the next couple of years. They offer a friendly working environment and real opportunity to grow and develop within your role and within the business.

**Package**

Up to £24,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (please note, there is potential that this could include some Saturdays in the future)
