**About The Role**:
Weymouth College is a General Further Education College situated on the stunning Jurassic coastline in Dorset. We are an ambitious college offering broad learning opportunities to our students who are at the heart of all we do.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our English and Maths team from 27th August 2024.
Due to expansion of delivery we are looking for experienced teaching professionals to join our team to deliver Functional Skills Maths and English at all levels across all college curriculum areas, including 16-18 learners and apprentices.
- Are you innovative in your approach in engaging learners and help them to fulfil their full potential?
- Can you support and nurture students?
- Do you have excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure successful outcomes within the delivery timeframe?
- Can you use innovative strategies to engage learners?
- Do you have an understanding of quality assurance and assessment?
- Are you able to engage a range of learners with diverse needs?
