We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Communications Executive to join our legal practice.

In this role, you will help shape and deliver effective internal and external communication strategies while fostering a positive and engaging work environment for our employees. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our firm's reputation, reinforcing our brand, and connecting with our employees at all levels.

Proddow Mackay Solicitors LLP provides services to several business units forming part of the PM Law Group. We’re the PM Law Group and we operate on a national basis offering an array of legal services. As our newly appointed Group Communications Executive you will ultimately be responsible for supporting the Group of businesses in the effective engagement of and communication, between employees within the businesses using a variety of systems available to the Group.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Management of the Group’s internal and external social media communications covering a variety of campaigns for initiatives (for example graduate recruitment, internal social events, business continuity messaging etc) as well as supporting on project launches and key business updates.
- Create a calendar of both internal communication and social media content across all brands.
- Define and implement a process for content gathering that informs the team involved of expectations but enables them to deliver.
- Design and deliver the Group’s internal communication and engagement plans.
- Drive an intranet strategy and build an effective destination for information, including newsletters, organisational announcements, webcast presentations etc.
- Drive a social media strategy that drives engagement with customers within the relevant area.
- Harness the power of storytelling through video editing, photo sharing and inspiring experiences that touch minds of our colleagues and clients.
- In conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager, serve as a point person for identifying initiatives, activities and achievements to be shared internally and on social media.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to at all times including working with in house teams to create resources and creating assets for use across social channels.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure getting a holistic business view with the communications delivered.
- Provide communication and engagement support to projects and initiatives across the organisation.
- Measure, analyse and report on the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvements to systems, processes and strategy to optimise future success.
- Measure, analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns and channels and make ongoing recommendations for improvements to strategy to demonstrate maximised growth and engagement changes.
- Drive an intranet strategy and build an effective destination for information, including newsletters, organizational announcements, webcast presentations etc.
- To develop an approach to editorial planning, news gathering and reporting that is balanced and representative of the total organisation and supports corporate-wide messaging alignment.
- To develop and implement a production, posting process that is efficient and accommodates sufficient time for quality writing, review, revision and approval of content.
- Create key communication and presentation materials for the PM Law Group senior management team ensuring quality writing that captures the leaders’ tone and voice and is tailored to each audience.
- Ensure the planning, development, and execution of executive communications are consistent with internal standards and communication strategy, support business priorities and objectives, and align with PM Law Group’s values and goals.
- Act as an advisor and thought leader for managers on the use of effective internal communications.
- You may be required to perform any other duties and to work in any other areas as requested by the business, if necessary, which may include other offices and those of clients.
