**REED is Recruiting for a Senior Physiotherapist**

We have an exciting opportunity has arisen as a Senior Physiotherapist. You will work as part of committed and creative team, which offers innovative, holistic, and person-aligned care and support to people with palliative and end life care needs, and to theirfamilies and care givers.
The Senior Physiotherapist will provide operational management to the therapies services; this includes Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy Dietetics, SLT, Complementary Therapies service and our specialist Empowered Living Service and Neuro-Support Group.
The common thread that unites all aspects of the role is the provision of the highest quality therapies service, and for the Senior Physiotherapist to actively create opportunities to develop the therapies service in the pursuit of optimising quality of lifefor palliative patients and their families. The Senior Physiotherapist will also be a Senior Clinical member and Leader across inpatient, community and day services, working in close partnership with other hospice managers, Heads of Department, and clinicalcolleagues.

The Senior Physiotherapist will need the following to be suitable for the role:

- Professional qualification in relevant therapies discipline
- Registered with the relevant professional body (HCPC)
- Previous or current experience in Managing Healthcare staff
- Have a strong grasp of, and commitment to, the model and ethos of Rehabilitative Palliative Care
- A demonstrable track record of providing supportive and effective Leadership in areas such as service personalisation, quality improvement, partnership building

- Salary: Band 8A £54,223 - £60,316 pa inclusive
- Hours of work: 30 - 35 hours per week
- 27 days holiday plus 8 public holidays (pro rata)
