Acumen Ltd is a modest, family run business and has been established for over 25 years.

We are looking for a general admin person to join our team. Duties will include allocating mystery visits to specific visitors, quality control, proof reading and completing monthly reimbursement payroll runs, as well as general admin tasks. You should be able to work independently and have good initiative and judgement. Good grammar and knowledge of the hospitality industry would be a bonus. The goal is to provide our client with quality information about market conditions and market trends.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Allocate a set amount of mystery visits to specific visitors, within an set deadline
- Proof read reports, chase any outstanding reports to ensure all deadlines are met, conduct monthly reporting
- Submit reports to external clients
- Source new mystery visitors via different platforms
- Complete monthly banking and reimbursement for mystery visitors

**Experience**
- Good telephone manner and good people skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
