**_Duties:_**
- Monitor jobs through to completion
- Update multiple systems accurately
- Take incoming calls from teams on site
- Ensure SLAs are met
- Adhere and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental policies at all times
- Daily coordination with departments to ensure execution of works
- Liability reporting and actioning
- Dealing with day-to-day issues
- Permit extensions requested as and when required
- Other administrative tasks
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm one week, and 8.30am - 5.30pm the alternate week with 1 hour for lunch. Employees are contracted to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 8am - 5pm) each month, however, when peak periods slow down this maynot be required. Weekends are paid as overtime at time and a half.

- Good telephone manner
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
