Logistics Tutor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tutor in **Logistics **to join the team. As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, we are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in.

We serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programmes leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.

Based in the Midlands working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of remote, face to face and workshop training with learners in their place of employment delivering Apprenticeship Standards.

The main competencies required for this role are Improvement Practitioner to level 4 & Supply Chain to level 3. Management would be desirable.

Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:

- Communicate at all levels within a business
- Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets
- Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners
- Motivate yourself and manage your own diary
- Work to and meet set targets in delivery
