We are looking for a Toolmaker to maintain and service press and form tools with the programming and use of CNC wore eroders, as well as milling and grinding parts.

This opportunity is with a established organisation, who have a product that is distributed worldwide. It's a great company with a good long withstanding team, who are looking for an additional member to coup with higher demand on the tooling department.

Main responsibilities for the role are as follows:

Maintain and service multi-stage press and form tools.
- Programming and use of CNC wire eroders.
- To manufacture parts for production and maintenance using typical engineering machines including spark erosion and cylindrical grinding.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacture parts accordingly.
- Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures.
- Work with production staff to resolve technical tooling issues within a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

We are looking for applicants to have a time served apprenticeship and HNC as a minimum, with relevant experience in CNC Programming and toolmaking.

Role: Toolmaker

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable base salary, with benefits that include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension (After Qualification Period) & free car parking.

Working hours: 40hrs per week - Day shift only.

Reporting to: Operations Manager.
