Hard-working with a hands-on approach and willingness to get their hands dirty. They should be able to carry out basic maintenance tasks for residents such as fixing dripping taps, rodding drains, and freeing up radiator thermostats. They will soon getto grips is the needs of the site boiler houses and plant and the seasonal needs of grounds maintenance.
They must be able to operate garden equipment safely and keep the grounds to a high standard.
They must show empathy for the company's ethos to provide a safe, caring compassionate community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, live-in
**Accommodation**: Must live on-site. A recently refurbished 3 bedroom house will be ready for occupation as part of the financial package.
**Salary** a generous package will be provided for the right person
