**Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract**
**Hours: 37.5**
**Salary:£26,000 - £32,000**
- Working with the Head of Finance ensures the timely and accurate processing of revenue transactions within the financial system.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process sales invoices from RS invoicing onto SAGE 200
- Process consumable invoices onto SAGE 200
- Process and reconcile TNT revenue transactions onto SAGE 200
- Maintain an effective Control Framework to ensure completeness of revenue in the month
- Reconcile and allocate revenue every month across service streams
- Reconcile all intercompany destruction and scanning cross charges to ensure correct recognition of revenue and costs in the month
- Maintain a customer database to ensure alignment between the finance, invoicing and operational databases and communicate any required changes
- Proactively work with credit control and Account Managers to manage “STOP” customers thereby maximizing revenue and developing a future EXIT strategy
- Produce monthly revenue reports
**ABOUT YOU**
- Intermediate accounting skills (AAT or above)
- Strong follow-up skills with high attention to detail
- Strong Excel Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive can-do attitude
