**Join our Team as a Multi Skilled Operator (Hygiene) - Level 2**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **As a Multi Skilled Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining world-class hygiene standards within our manufacturing environment. Here’s how you’ll make a difference**:_

**Safety First**: Be vigilant about site health and safety standards. Lead by example, ensuring best practices are followed across the site and promptly addressing any non-conformances.

**Safety Training**: Participate in site safety activities and training sessions to stay informed and proactive.

**Chemical Compliance**: Strictly adhere to chemical use protocols and procedures.

**Equipment Mastery**: Operate key cleaning equipment both online and offline, following operational standards and safety guidelines.

**Cleaning Excellence**: Execute standard methods for equipment strip-down, cleaning, sanitization, and setup.

**Deviation Reporting**: Monitor equipment during cleaning processes, promptly reporting any deviations, damage, or missing parts.

**Task Execution**: Follow instructions from shift managers to complete planned tasks accurately and on time, ensuring proper cleaning and traceability.

**Changeovers and Reporting**: Participate in equipment and product changeovers, reporting any issues promptly.

**Operational Standards**: Maintain compliance with operational standards and safe operating procedures, escalating deviations when necessary.

**Training Support**: Train and support fellow operators as part of our continuous improvement efforts.

**Performance Projects**: Contribute to performance improvement projects within our manufacturing and warehouse hygiene functions.

**Leadership Alignment**: Follow directions from team leaders and shift managers to ensure safe practices at all times.

**Challenging Environments**: Be prepared to work in manufacturing environments while adhering to correct processes and using appropriate PPE.

**Engineering Collaboration**:Support engineering functions by assisting with machine strip-downs and cleaning as needed.

**Food Safety Expertise**:Proficiency in food safety practices (Level 3 certification).

**Quality Control Acumen**:Familiarity with CAYG, FEFO, and GMP principles.

**SAP Proficiency**:Experience with SAP data entry and control.

**Relevant Experience**:
**Bakery Insight**:Understanding of bakery manufacturing processes.

**Industrial Cleaning Expertise**:Hands-on experience in industrial cleaning practices.

**CIP System Knowledge**:Familiarity with Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems.
