**OHL Equipment Controller**

**Location: Swynnerton**

This role is a full-time position based at Magnor Plants Swynnerton Depot reporting to the Specialist Plant Manager.

**Main Purpose of Job**

To control all OHL equipment assets owned by Morgan Sindall, ensuring compliance, stock levels and equipment is fit for purpose. Coordinate with site teams regarding equipment requirements and plan accordingly.

**Competencies**
- Good knowledge of OHL equipment
- Competent IT skills in Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on own or part of team
- Completed LOLER accredited training
- Full driving licence

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Requisition fulfilment on/off hires
- Stock control via Hard cat system
- Management of asset tracking and availability
- Regular stock checks
- Identifying capex requirements
- Liaising with OHL operational and planning team regarding equipment requirements
- Design, management/control of stores and inspection areas
- Inspections and compliance of all owned assets
- Document/certification control
- Identify damage equipment and recharge accordingly
- Attend site to carryout inspection or arrange via supply chain
