**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals with previous experience working with pupils with additional learning needs (ALN) on a 1:1 or group basis. Possessing a good understanding of physical or sensory needs is important. Your support will facilitate cognitive development by removing barriers to learning, assisting with care, and aligning with individual development plans. You'll have the opportunity to clarify, modify, and adapt learning materials to suit individual needs, model positive behaviour, and promote pupil inclusion and independence within the school community.
