**Tasks/Responsibilities**:
Key Qualities / Experience: Certain tasks will also cover **two salons.**
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Well spoken, well presented and reliable
- Computer literate with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel capabilities
- Good administration skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Reliability and friendliness are necessary
- Warmly greet clients
- Manage client's phone calls
- Managing bookings with the team to ensure appointments run to time and clients are kept informed.
- Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
- Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area or having a treatments
- Prepare clients for their services
- Taking payments
- Offering and organising hot and cold beverages
- Up selling of hair care products and treatments at the reception
- Re-booking clients and maintain re-booking rate
- Responsible for achieving set targets and all other defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) within the Salon and support the wider team to reach these
- Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace
- Other duties relating to MDs other business’s
- Maintain Diaries, days off and holiday calendar systems
- Maintain Password Vault
- Maintain Purchasing of products/stationary
- Re-booking and filling empty gaps within diary’s and promote cancelations
- Assist in payroll days off/sick/holiday
**Experience**:
- Salon/Hair/Beauty/Dental experience (1 Year Preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Willing to work weekends
- Happy to maintain our salon's appearance with regular cleaning throughout the day
- Warm, welcoming and engaging with all of our clients and team members
- Familiarity with processing transactions
- An ability to work independently
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
**Schedule**: 6-8 hour shift, 4 to 5 days a week, plus weekend availability
**The Exchange**:£22,000 - £25,000 base salary
