Job Title - Venue Coordinator

Location - Home Based working remotely (Travel to and from venues will also be required)

Hours - 16 hours per week - Flexible working pattern

Salary - £24,483 (FTE) + Bonuses

The Local Hospice Lottery is growing and looking to recruit a Venue Coordinator on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a home-based position working remotely and reporting into our Team Manager.

Local Hospice lottery has raised over £50 million for local hospices so far, and we aim to raise another £40 million in the next 5 years

This role will predominantly have responsibility for booking venues for our sales teams who engage with members of the public, inspiring them to join a lottery that provides ongoing support for hospices across the UK. You will be building rapport with local business, talking passionately about the amazing work of the local hospices and how LHL raise vital funds for hospice care.

This role will also provide support to the team managers and sales admin teams to ensure databases are up to date as well as be able to communicate daily sale outcomes in a timely manner to the team and analyse the performance of each venue to determine which venues are most successful.

Basic Salary of £24,483 (FTE) - Pro Rata for part-time roles
