Painter & Decorator

VNA Recruitment are looking for a **Painter & Decorator** to join our client in Hackney.

**Purpose of Job**:
To support our client in providing a high quality cyclical, planned and reactive repairs and maintenance service to internal and external elements of occupied and unoccupied properties, public buildings and associated external areas.

Carry out to the highest standard all aspects of painting and decorating and pre-paint repair works including a broad range of multi-skilled repair activities outside of the basic trade such as minor carpentry and plastering.

**Including but not limited to -**
- All types of internal and external painting and decorating work, including chemical strip / burning off. Specialist coatings such as two part anti graffiti, anti mould, fire retardant coatings, stains and wallpapering.
- Minor concrete repairs
- Mastic and sand cement pointing
- Resin repairs to joinery
- Ease and adjust doors & windows.
- Clean full UK drivers licence
- City & Guilds in NVQ level 2 in painting & decorating & relevant experience.
