Our client is looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor, initially on a temporary basis and with the potential for longer term/permanent employment. This is a part time role for approximately 4 days a week with hybrid working available if required.
**Duties include**:
- Recruitment, induction and training administration.
- Assist with updating HR Policies, Procedures and Practices.
- Updating confidential employee records.
- Undertake specific HR projects.
- Assist with review and updating contracts of employment.
- Provide generalist HR advice to Line Managers.
- Administration of Occupational Health services.
- Complete surveys and reports for management.
- Payroll administration and input.
**Person Specification**
- Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
- Up to date knowledge of HR legislation, policy and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment whilst managing a busy personal workload.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office (HR/Payroll systems experience preferred).
- Ability to learn new skills and systems with ease.
- HR related qualification preferred.
