Void Plumber

**Plumber/Multi trader**

**Location: Oxford**

**Salary: £34,000**

**Contract length: Permanent role**

**The Company**:
**Day to Day**:

- Drain downs
- Pipework
- Gate valves and Stopcocks
- Pipe freeze
- Internal and external blockages
- Plumbing: Tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs, installing and repairing water systems.

**Requirements for a plumber (Skills & Qualifications)**:

- Plumbing experience in domestic/social housing properties
- **DRIVRING LICENSE REQUIRED**
