**Full time Sales Administrator (Part time hours will be considered)**
**Job Function**:
Joining the sales administration team, you will be responsible for administration of the sales process to maximize efficiency in the department.
Processing all machinery-related sales transactions and assisting the sales team in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records.
**Essential Duties**:
- Works with sales team to accurately place retail and stock orders with vendors in a timely manner.
- Maintains regular contact with relevant salesmen to monitor and process sales tickets.
- Coordinates all complete goods ordering activities including placing the order, communicating equipment availability and assisting with inventory management duties.
- Verifies the completeness and accuracy of sales information.
- Updates and maintains Customer Information in CRM.
- Keeps accurate stock records on the company accounts system.
- Assists in ensuring the dealership is utilising all available programs and discounts.
- Assists with management of whole goods inventory including recording movements, audits and verification.
- Ensures all additional customer purchases are activated where necessary.
- Machinery invoicing.
- Vehicle registration and production of handover paperwork.
- Processing customer payments.
- Checking and posting supplier invoices.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Understanding of sales tools such as JDQuote and IBCOS GOLD would be an advantage.
- Advanced written communication skills.
- Ability to create and analyse reports.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £12.75 per hour
