The office location in this region would be: Aberdeen.

As a P&O Graduate you will have exposure to different parts of the business gaining vital skills.

**Application Process and deadlines**

- Assessment centres will take place in January / February depending on location and discipline

Skills / Qualifications:

- Minimum 2:1 degree in Human Resources or another business management relevant course is required
- Further professional HR training is expected to form part of the graduate cycles of experience
- Enthusiasm to work and develop your career in HR within the Oil and Gas industry
- Demonstrate initiative, tenacity and excellent communication skills
- Possess an ability to learn quickly and be adaptable and flexible to match business requirements
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environments
- Must be currently residing in the UK
