**Primary School Physical Educator: Full time (term time only or full time full year available)**

**Job specification**:
Central Education are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Physical Educators to provide a full curriculum of physical education and a broad range of extra curricular sporting activities to reception through to year 6.

Starting from £21,000 per year (full time full year) with potential for higher pay point dependant on experience and qualifications.

Locations: Birmingham B36

Full time, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 term time, and 8am - 5pm holiday camp time (option of pro rata for term time only).

**Knowledge and experience**:
The successful applicants will have:
Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector
Experience working with EYFS and Key Stages 1 and 2
Knowledge of the PE Curriculum
The ability to engage and enthuse all children through sport
A knowledge and understanding of effective pupil behaviour management and be able to implement strategies with a group of 30 children

**Qualifications**:
A degree in sports coaching or the sports/education sector or:
A broad range of sporting qualifications or level 3 in PE and School Sport as a minimum
A Current First aid qualification (or be willing to work towards)
A Current Safeguarding and protecting children certificate (or be willing to work towards)
A clean, enhanced DBS check (Central Education will complete DBS checks on successful applicants)
